REMEDI 4000 Surgical Tool Air Control Panel

 

The REMEDI 4000 Surgical Tool Air Control Panel is designed and manufactured for wherever pneumatically operated tools are required. The unit is connected to any dry, clean air supply with a maximum pressure of 1400kPa, and must be suitably earthed if installed in Cardiac Protected areas.

Function

To supply and maintain a required pressure to Surgical Tools while in use. The pressure may be adjusted from zero to 1400kPa to suit the tool being used. Particular care must be taken to ensure that the pressure selected is is not greater than the recommended maximum for any particular tool.

The panel has four major components:

1. Isolation Valve. Controls the supply of air to the panel.
2. Pressure Regulator. Controls the pressure being supplied to the outlet.
3. Pressure Gauges. Includes two gauges, which monitor the supply pressure and regulated pressure.
4. Outlet Connection. The outlet connection is in accordance with AS2896-1998, and is of the diameter indexed type.

Finish

The REMEDI 4000 Surgical Tool Air Control Panel has a polycarbonate facia with a dust and moisture sealed edge flange, both are finished in light grey.
